Hands-on training

Workshops.

8 one-day hands-on workshops, each mapped to a capability we deliver. Small cohort, real hardware, runbook to take away. Scheduling opens as each is finalised. Interest now shapes the first cohort; add to cart when a workshop is live, otherwise the card is a placeholder.

Format

How workshops run.

One day. 4 to 8 people. Real hardware — bring a laptop, we supply the cluster. Morning is lab setup + the primitive ("here's the thing that makes the rest work"); afternoon is the production shape with failure drills and a hand-over runbook. Every workshop ends with each attendee leaving with a working artefact they built, not a set of slides. Pricing is fixed per cohort, not per seat — we keep the group small so the hands-on time stays real.
